Replace issue dropdown with Searchable dropdown and Remove 'Enter issue as ID/Subject' in TimeSheet and Settings
Remove 'Issues created by or assigned to the user' in TimeSheet and 'Allow User filtering to My Issues' settings should be applied directly.
Remove 'Allow User Filtering by Tracker' in settings and 'Filter Issue by Tracker' in TimeSheet. 'Filter Issue by Tracker' settings should be applied directly.
