Have you filled in the spent for dropdown for that material entry ?

If the spent for dropdown is empty, is the location on the contact and the user the same ?

Hi,
the DropDown "Spent for" is always empty, i don't know how to use this.
In Spent Time i can see the material, but not in generate invoice

Updated by amutha a almost 3 years ago

Account or contact location and the user should have same location, then 'spent for' dropdown will show the value.

To generate invoice, material Entries should have 'Spent for.

Ah ok... i see the problem.
But my customers don't have an account on redmine, i use it only for my own organisation. The are only listed as an Account in ERPmine Plugin (for what it needs to different accounts?)
Well i will think about this.
Thanks for your help

No, when I say Account, I didn't mean userid, it is the customer's account within CRM. So, can you check the contact's location for whom you are trying to create the invoice and your (user) location, both have to be same.

So i found the problem. In the user configuration i couldn't change any value so i changed it the database
table wk_users -> location_id (was NULL)
No i see the spent for.

But since the Update to 4.3 i can't entry material, it occours "Project cannot be empty" ???
