After a Redmine upgrade to 4.2.1 from 3.4.7 ERPmine was also upgraded to 4.3 from 3.2.1.
In the 3.2.1 version a user creating a Timesheet could select any issue that he had the permission to view while in the 4.3 version only issues assigned to or created by the user are available to be selected.
In order to bypass this a user needs to go to the spent time tab and create a new record and then this is available in ERPmine's timesheet to be edited.
Although in the instructions it is clear that the issue view in the timesheet displays ticket that are assigned to or created by the user I was wondering since this was not the case in 3.2.1 if there is a was to bypass this.

Do you have this setting (Allow User filtering to My Issues) ON?

No, Actually you should turn off that field to see all issues.

Shit that was embarrassing.....
:-)
To my excuse this option was not available in the older version of redmine as it was in the time and expense tab....
No excuse but in any case....
