Unable to see ERPmine link

Description

I am trying redmine and ERPmine for the first time. I have installed 5.1.0 redmine and 4.7.1 ERPmine. I can see ERPmine plugin installed, but I cant see ERPMine link at top, so I am not able to use the plugin. Am I missing something? I used the user guide but still I am not clear. Pl advise. Attached pl find screenshot.

Update - Now I am able to see ERPmine at top when I added project and selected all modules like Time tracking, Accounting, but its fluke and not sure what made the link to be visible.

My main objective is to raise invoice (not based on time, but based on other work), accept payment and send receipt, which still I cant see. I mean, I am not able to see "Billing" tab under ERPmine, Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
yes, we need atleast one project
Did you enable CRM and Billing under plugin setting ?

Then create an account (customer) in CRM, then create a new Account Project under Project -> Accounts tab, specifying the tax, billing type etc
Then your billing should work
