No access to purchase order when creating a new supplier invoice

Description

When I have created a purchase order, I cannot access it under New Supplier Invoice, the associated dropdown field is empty.
I then deactivated "Creat Supplier invoice without Purchase order" in the settings, but nothing has changed.
