for billing / Invoice / Expense - show issue dropdown
for billing / material - show inventory item dropdown
for supplier billing / material - show product item dropdown

expense cannot be filed in supplier invoice

  • Subject changed from when selecting invoice item type , issue will be display in drop down to when selecting invoice item type , issue will be display in drop down
  • Status changed from New to Closed
  • % Done changed from 0 to 100

In billing detail page,
Issues dropdown added for Invoice & expense,
Inventory items dropdown for Material,
Assets dropdown added for Rent.

This issue is fixed in 4.6. 4.6 is released, Please take a look.
