Sidebar White¶

Sidebar White Theme for Redmine gives a pretty looking interface by reducing the banner space. The main menu is moved to the left navigation.
My Account menu is moved to an avatar icon.

Major adjustments done by the sidebar theme are:
- Main menu moved to the left navigation bar with icons
- left navigation bar can be expanded / collapsed.
- My account menu is embedded within a avatar icon
- Top banner height is reduced
- White background for pages
- Table header style is modifed.
- different status has different color
- dropdown styles are modified
