Description

Converting lead directly on CRM isn't working properly. It doesn't list out on Accounts page

Steps to Reproduce issue:
1. On New lead page, enter relevant details and select 'Status' dropdown as 'Converted'
2. Click on save button. But it doesn't list out lead on Accounts page
