Description
Candidate, Town, Referral, Degree, Year of Pass out, College, Interview date, Interviewer, Round, Score, Hire, Feedback. These columns are needed.
have a sub tab called referrals where employees can refer a candidate (name, college, city, degree, year of pass out...) model the candidate as lead
model interview as activity, then interviewers and candidates, attach their worksheet, their credentials,
use the status for hired, not hired,
need to store rating in some column
Campaign can be modelled as interview
