Description

Currently we can generate payroll in hourly or salaried based for entire company. Need to implement according to user-wise

Added salary type in user payroll settings. So Hourly salary payroll can be used in parallel with salaried payroll.
Completed the task.

This issue is fixed in 4.6. 4.6 is released, Please take a look.
