Description
If I have a product/item with 10 available in inventory, I can open an issue or enter spent time and specify material in that issue and enter a quantity of more than what I have available in inventory and the application won't throw an error. Inventory available quantity needs to be checked against what user enters so as to not cause effectively negative inventory.
