Use the survey module to build the Employee Performance Review

A survey can be designed for Employee Performance
Once the survey is submitted, the reviewers can enter their review comments.
The same idea can be used for tests / exams also, where the examiner would correct the test.

The reviewer will get a text area for comments on each answer
On the survey there will be a check box or review
then on each question there will be checkbox for review only

Response will have Open, Close, Reviewed, Archived
Have a separate table wk_status_dates

These survey needs to be attached to User and should be a tab under HR
Have a check box for mandatory o the survey question and should be checked only during closing and reviewed
