Add a interview type dropdown

Description
Add an interview type dropdown in interview page, load the dropdown options from enumeration.
And When dropdown selected, set the selected label in subject field, if the field is empty
- Status changed from New to Closed
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Added interview type dropdown, options will be loaded from enumerations.
In Referral list page, the interviews will be displayed and grouped by interview type.
This issue is fixed in 4.6. 4.6 is released, Please take a look.
